Kenya: Two Finlays Bosses Lose Jobs For Sexually Harassing Female Employees
A famous renowned company, Finlays Kenya, has suspended its terms with two bosses after a documentary from the world-famous media company, British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) went viral, exposing them to have been exploiting women sexually in the company. James Finlays Kenya, a firm that is located in Kericho, Kenya, and well recognized for its tremendous work of exporting tea from Kenya, has terminated contracts with two famous bosses who were caught taking advantage of females who were in search of employment to exploit them sexually. The two bosses, Mr. Chebochok and Asavara, were caught unaware of demanding sex from female workers in exchange for higher positions and rankings within the company. Through the BBC documentary, the two were also accused of infecting the women with HIV/AIDS in return for the jobs they were acquiring to make ends meet, exposing them to a miserable life of dealing with the deadly disease and a life full of regrets.
